TNG’s experience with 1Shot Protein
Okay — so… let’s talk about fitness. Admittedly, I don’t really believe in New Year’s Resolutions and also I’m terrible at maintaining a gym regimen. It’s my schedule, there really isn’t one! Things come up at any time and then all of a sudden you’re living life on your toes, which some consider better than a routine. In short, between my sporadic schedule and the high cost of gym memberships here in Los Angeles, it ends up being a big waste of money.
To get around that, I bought a gently used heavy bag for not a lot of money from the writers of Legends of Tomorrow (funny story), and I make frequent visits to Runyon Canyon with my friends.
1Shot Protein is a great solution for somebody like me who is usually on the run. The bottle is really small — smaller than my phone, and small enough to fit in a pocket. Getting those protes after being active is easy!
This protein, marine collagen, I like much more than the other protein I was buying from Amazon. Marine collagen is made from valuable fish components that can’t be sold in stores as food but serve other purposes. It doesn’t feel like it’s sitting in my stomach all day like milk-based protein does.
The one thing I CAN NOT STAND is that awful smell my bottle gets after I’ve used it for a shake. It’s absolutely putrid and I’m pretty sure, on more than one occasion, I’ve just thrown out the bottle instead of putting myself through the trauma of cleaning it. Needless to say, the 1Shot Protein shot takes care of that, and I can just recycle the bottle after.
