Trimming Up With the Remington Beard Boss Grooming Kit for Full Beards

Remington Beard Boss

When it comes to facial grooming, like trimming a beard, for example, I learned the hard way, years ago, that I’m just terrible at it. That said, one thing that is absolutely uncompromisable is keeping the mustache under control, which I’ve been able to do thanks to the Remington Beard Boss grooming kit.

When I was starting to grow my beard, I would try to trim and line it up by myself in my bathroom. What I found was that almost every time, one side hung just a hair shorter than the other — #PUNINTENDED.

This isn’t an uncommon problem either! Many beardo buddies have the same exact issue. They trim one side; then the other; find out they trimmed too much; go back to the other side to even it out; find out they over-trimmed once again; and so on and so forth until there’s no beard left to trim.

Shorter beards, like an 8 o’clock shadow or a Rick Ross are far easier to same at home. But after learning my lesson and growing it out, decided to let my trusted barber, who has a much better view, take care of the brunt of my beard trimming. It’s worked out well, since my beard is long.

Now, the detail work is an entirely different story, and that’s where my Remington Beard Boss trimmer comes into play. The Beard Boss has one distinct feature that works well for my upkeep in between barber visits.

The mustache’s finishing touches become easier with the pop-up detail trimmer. After bringing up the mustache to the top lip line, the wings need to be carefully shaped as well. There’s an attachment within the body of the Beard Boss trimmer that’s simply a smaller trimmer — perfect for shaping the wings. Small but mighty, its size makes maneuvering carefully much easier so as to not mess it up.

THIS is a disclaimer, because I legally have to tell you that I might have been paid to create this content  but, in all honesty, it’s an honest opinion — honestly.
